Before Shipment
- No Additional Charge
You can cancel your order at no additional cost as long as the order has
not been shipped. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want
to give you the flexibility to adjust your purchase.
- How to Cancel
To cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our
customer support team via email at support@pureorganiczone.com within
24 hours of placing your order. When contacting us, please include the
following information to ensure a quick and smooth cancellation process:

- The items you wish to cancel (if applicable)

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your
order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Cancellation

- Once Dispatched
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for orders that have
already been shipped. However, we understand that issues may arise after
your order is on its way.
- What to Do
If your order has been shipped and you would like to return the product,
you can initiate a return request once the product is delivered. The
return process is governed by our Return and
Refund Policy, which provides clear steps for initiating a
return.
Refund Process
- Full Refund
If your order is cancelled before shipment, we will provide a full refund
to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time
Refunds for cancellations made before shipment will be processed within
5-7 business days from the cancellation confirmation. Please note that the
time taken to reflect the refund in your account may vary depending on
your bank or payment provider.
- Refund for Partial Cancellations
If you choose to cancel only a part of your order (see Partial
Cancellation below), a refund will be issued for the cancelled
items. The refund will be processed to your original payment method, and
you will receive it within 5-7 business days.

If your order contains several items and you'd like to cancel only some of
them, we can process cancellations for specific items within your order.
- Refund Details
For partial cancellations, you will receive a refund for the cancelled
items. The remaining items will be processed for shipment as per the
original order, and no changes will be made to those items.
